1 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
2 Shipping Origins & Methods
Primary origin: Most orders ship directly from our China domestic factory to destinations worldwide
Shipping method and origin are automatically selected based on product availability and the destination address.
3 Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- International Orders: 9–21 business days
These times are estimates and do not include order processing time or potential delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 5 business days after your order is placed, please contact us at store@edgesmartdrive.com.
5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices.
6 Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at store@edgesmartdrive.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
